Reach out to a friend or family member you haven't talked to in a while

Okay this is going to be a long winded, but i need to get the message across. It is particularly important these days.

Everyone these days feels anxious, depressed, alone. Now more than ever we can understand a little better, instead of judging and thinking it won't happen to them because they have the perfect family, life would be that bit easier for people that do experience depression and other emotional issues.

This hits close to home for almost everyone right now who are experiencing difficult challenges working from home, or even not working due to Covid-19 affecting their place of work.
If only the days of 'it' not being talked about or being taboo could be over.
Sadly there are those who don't know just how much help is available out there for them or how to get it. But now with everyone experiencing a lot of the same things, you can open up more. Don't be afraid to talk about it. Together we CAN get though this.

I'm a bit of an introvert, so I don't mind being at home, and I have lots of things to do with my time. I still miss being with my family and friends and do some video chats to see friendly faces and share how everyone is coping with this.

It's so important to make your self reach out, those who are depressed find it very difficult to do this. So you need to reach out to them. If you haven't heard from someone in a while... Call them, send them a message, try to video chat, share your experiences.

Please feel free to share my thoughts or right about your own experiences.
