A friend of mine from work wanted to repair a childhood friend for her kids. The doll's head had come off at a seam where it attached to the body.
I thought I might be able to fix it so received the doll this week. I used some raw cotton and soem upholstery thread to add a bit of fabric to reattach the small bit of fabric left at the head edge and extended down the body to add the support the head needed. I stuffed any gaps with polyfil and she's now ready for her new life.
